Format for Abridged Prospectus for Public Issues of NCDs and NCRPS Revised

Brief Overview:
 
A new format of the abridged prospectus for public issues of non-convertible debt securities and/or non-convertible redeemable preference shares has been proposed.
 
The erstwhile format as prescribed under the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021 shall stand replaced for all the issuances from 01st October 2023 onwards.
 
The new framework aims to provide critical information and makes it reader-friendly to comprehend the most essential terms of the offer with a quick glance.
