Reliance Holding USA, Inc. and Reliance Industries Limited completed an inbound merger transaction.

The lenders were Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Singapore Branch; Citibank, N.A.; HSBC Bank PLC; Standard Chartered Bank acting through its New York Branch; Barclays Bank PLC; Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Hong Kong branch; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.; Bank of America, N.A. and MUFG Bank, Ltd.
